The air comes off the mountain cold enough to taste. Somebody's already making coffee. Today is the hike everyone has been counting down to, and nobody has to be talked into getting up for it.
You're coming for the park, or the powder, or the stretch of river where the fish are. You're coming because it's been too long since the last time everyone was together. That's the trip. That's what you'll be describing on the phone afterwards.
And then the day ends and you walk back into a house that's quietly better than the one you left. Deep chairs, a fire that takes one match, a kitchen big enough for everyone to stand in at once. Let us handle the hospitality. Montana will do the rest.
Book direct and skip the 14 to 15% service fee Airbnb and Vrbo add, and you deal with the people who look after the house from the first question to checkout.

Whitefish. Two hot tubs, two saunas, a theater, an event venue, and a deck the whole group fits on at once.
From $444 a night

Columbia Falls. The one you want when the whole trip is the park.
From $159 a night
People plan their entire year around this.
Turquoise lakes you can see the bottom of. A road cut straight across the face of the mountains. Trails a four-year-old can manage and trails that will humble you. Whatever your group can actually agree on, the park has a version of it, and we know which one to send you to on the morning the weather turns.
A ski mountain rises straight out of the town, there's a lake at the top of the main street, and the rivers run in every direction. There isn't an off season here, just a different one. Let us know when you're coming and we'll line up the days.

Three thousand acres above town, night skiing on three lifts, a snowcat operation for the day you want the whole face to yourselves, and dog sleds running out of Olney.

The lake, the bike park once the chairs turn over, and a valley that stays light until ten.

Whitefish Lake at the top of the main street, three forks of the Flathead, and a guide who knows which one is fishing this week.
A couple, a family, three families who have been threatening to do this for years. They're not interchangeable, and neither are the houses.

For the reunion. Several families under one roof without anybody feeling stacked on top of each other. Two hot tubs, a theater, an arcade, and one table long enough for all of you.

For the two of you, chasing snow. Walk to Chair 1 and Chair 2 in ski boots, come back to a fire and a hot tub, and never move the car all week.

For the ones who want to be further out. A cabin on the water with a barrel sauna, a lit geodome and kayaks on the lawn. Town when you want it, nobody when you don't.

For the family whose whole trip is the park. The closest of the four to the gate, so you're at the trailhead while everybody else is still driving.
Let us know ahead of time and we'll handle it for you. We have the contacts and the team in place to make it happen.

A private chef in the kitchen for the night nobody wants to be the one chopping. Or the fridge already full when you walk in, down to the coffee you actually drink.
A fly-fishing guide on the fork that is running clear this week. A lesson booked at the mountain. A Glacier day planned around the light instead of the parking.
Skis fitted and delivered to the door. A car waiting at the airport, fifteen minutes away. A massage on the last evening, when everyone is pleasantly wrecked.
You'll start planning the next trip before this one even ends.

For property owners
We'll make you more money. Most homes we take over earn more than they did before. But that's not why owners switch.
They switch because nobody told them about the leak. Because the guest who brought fourteen people was never spoken to. Because the deck went unswept all winter and the statement didn't explain itself. A neglected property, neglected guests, and an owner left in the dark. More money is the cherry on top.
Four things we do for every home we look after:
Check in as much or as little as you like. Everything is transparent, and you watch the results.
